Oddfellows

We wit up Oddfellows for brunch the other day. I heard some good things about it and we weren't disappointed. This location used to be some Malaysian restaurant or something which I never looked twice at, It could have been good, but I never got a chance to reach. Anyhoo, the menu was nice and short the way it should be, keeping it simple with an omelette of the day, steak and eggs and such, the decor was really unique, some bizzare art installation with a hanging toy RV and a fireplace that looked straight out of 2001 (the movie, not the year). The food hit the spot right on and we were all satisfied, prices were acceptable too around $10 or so for the eggs and $15 for the steak and eggs. one thing though, I felt I wasn't dressed cool enough for brunch, cause everyone in there was hella steezed out, next time I'm gonna straight-up dress like Karl Lagerfeld to go eat brunch, haha. Cheak it. 936 Queen Street West, 416-534-5244

yum! that looks really good!

i've been twice for dinner and was kinda disappointed.
their burger is really good, but $18?
also, i had their pork belly/ribs dish which was barely warm, and on the small side.

i've been for dinner several times and it's always been amazing! the stew for two is perfect and you can't beat a 5 star meal that sits alongside a $2.50 pbr.

we're headed for brunch right now: first time, can't wait!
