Pho Linh

I love Vietnamese barbecue, the seasoned, grilled pork chop with fried egg on broken rice. So tasty and satisfying. Pho Linh comes correct with Vietnamese quisine. Their Phở stock is rich and flavourful, but that's just the tip of the iceberg. I'm not super adventurous when it comes to Vietnamese food, the tripe, egg pancake and shredded pork are textures that don't agree with me so I just stick within the white people range, Phở and barbecue. I got the bbq pork chop while Marie got the grilled pork on vermicelli, the drink in the pic below is fresh lemon soda, so refreshing! The menu is extensive and very reasonable priced, 2 people can eat here for $20 and that includes dessert ( we went for banana and tapioca simmered in condensed milk ) I've been going here for years now and it's never failed me. Peep it. 1156 College Street (just west of Dufferin) (416) 516-3891

Food looks good. I'll have to visit this place if I ever drop by T.O. Would have loved to see a pic of the dessert you had.

Pho Linh is AMAZING

I love going there to eat. It's cheap and really authentic viet food..

i used to like pho linh a lot, but you should try pho my duyen by bloor and brock. way better! atmosphere is a little chi-chi but their pho and broken rice is great.

also, pho phuong by dundas and brock is my favourite viet place. also, a 'newer' environment but their food even trumps pho my duyen. try it!

Yeah we go to Pho Phuong, I still think Linh's bbq and Pho is better

really??? i could agree that the pho may not be much better but the broken rice definitely is. the fried egg is cooked nicer so it has a good gloopy yolk, better quality moist shrimp cake, and even a better sauce... !

Cough. My dad works there ;D
He tells me that it's his mom's secret pho recipe.
I just finished a spicy dish my dad brought home.
